Suriya has been contemplating working in a Telugu-Tamil bilingual for many years now. While his earlier attempts turned futile, rumour has it that the Soorarai Pottru actor has now given his verbal consent to producer Dil Raju for a new film. Director Boyapati Srinu, who is known for churning out high-voltage action entertainers, has been approached to wield the megaphone for this bilingual project.

According to our well-placed source, Boyapati is working out an action-packed script, which he had originally written for Prabhas, for this Suriya-starrer. "The actor-director duo will meet soon for a detailed narration and they will take the project forward provided everything works out," reveals the source.

Boyapati is currently directing Balakrishna Nandamuri in an action entertainer, while Suriya is committed to working in a film each with Siva and Vetrimaaran.
