Chiranjeevi is all geared up to team up with director Mohan Raja for the Telugu remake of Lucifer. With the film slated to go on floors in March, it has now been confirmed that music composer SS Thaman is officially on board.

Thaman took to Twitter to announce that he is working with Chiranjeevi for the first time.

Originally made in Malayalam, Lucifer featured Mohanlal in the lead as the right-handed man of a fallen stalwart. The political thriller marked the directorial debut of Prithviraj Sukumaran, who played a linchpin to Mohanlal in the film.

Produced by NV Prasad in association with Konidela Productions, the Telugu remake also has Nayanthara and Satyadev Kancharana reprising Manju Warrier and Tovino Thomas' roles, respectively.
