We had previously reported Vinoth Kishan of Andhaghaaram fame and Keerthi Pandian, who made her debut with Thumbaa, have been roped in to play the leads in an upcoming romcom. This film has now gone on floors. Produced by Sameer Bharat Ram's Super Talkies, the yet-to-be-titled film is directed by debutant Giri Murphy.

"The film will chronicle the relationship of a young couple right from their school days. How they come together forms the plot. We started shooting today and are planning on filming in Bangalore, Chennai, and Madurai," says Giri. 

The cast also includes VJ Ashiq and Sebastin of the YouTube channel Awesome Machi. The makers plan to rope in more actors for this film. The first look, with the film's title, is expected to be released in April. 

Apart from this film, Keerthi also has Anbirkiniyaal, the Tamil remake of Helen, which is helmed by Idharkuthane Aasaipattai Balakumara director Gokul.
