Nandamuri Kalyan Ram is joining hands with debutant director Rajendra for a yet-untitled film. Dubbed NKR 19, the film was kick-started with a formal pooja today. Tipped to be an action entertainer, the film is rumoured to have the Pataas actor in a triple role.

"The principal photography will commence in the second week of March. The other cast and crew of the film, including the female leads, are yet to be finalised," reads a statement from Mythri Movie Makers, the production house of NKR 19.

Apart from NKR 19, Kalyan Ram will also be seen in a fantasy-action entertainer directed by Vasishta Mallidi and a spy thriller titled Agent Vinod. He is also in talks to reunite with his 118-director KV Guhan for the Telugu remake of the Malayalam crime-thriller, Anjaam Pathiraa.
