Sandra Bullock has been roped in for the upcoming action-thriller Bullet Train, starring Oscar winner Brad Pitt.

      The film produced by Sony Pictures is based on Isaka Kotar's Japanese novel Maria Beetle and it will be directed by David Leitch. Bullet Train's cast includes actors like Joey King, Aaron Taylor Johnson, Brian Tyree Henry, Zazie Beetz, Michael Shannon, Logan Lerman, Masi Oka and Andrew Koji.

The details about the plot and Bullock's role are kept under the wraps as of now. The script of the film is penned by Zak Olkewicz.

Bullet Train is produced by Leitch and Kelly McCormick through 87North, along with Antoine Fuqua.

    Bullock, who last featured in Netflix hit Bird Box, will next be seen in an untitled drama directed by Fingscheidt.
