Nani's Tuck Jagadish release postponed

CE Features

It looks like actor Nani wants his upcoming film Tuck Jagadish to have a solo release at the box office. Grapevine is that the V actor has now pushed the release of his film by a week to avert a box office clash with Sekhar Kammula's Love Story, which is slated to release on April 16, 2021.

Directed by Shiva Nirvana, Tuck Jagadish was earlier scheduled to release on the same day. However, the makers have now zeroed in on April 23 as its new release date. The action drama also has Jagapathi Babu essaying the role of Nani's brother. Grapevine is that the story of the Tuck Jagadish is inspired by Mani Ratnam's Gharshana (1988), which revolves around two half-brothers, who come in conflict over each other in their claim for legitimacy. Also starring Ritu Varma and Aishwarya Rajesh, the film has wrapped up the shooting and recently, Nani has started dubbing for his part. Last seen in V, Nani is also shooting for Rahul Sankrityan's supernatural thriller Shyam Singha Roy.
