Gautham Karthik, Cheran-starrer Anandham Vilayadum Veedu wraps filming

Directed by Nanda Periyasamy, the film is a family drama

The filming of Anandham Vilayadum Veedu, starring Gautham Karthik and Cheran, has been wrapped up. Billed as a family drama, the film has been directed by Nanda Periyasamy, known for directing Maathi Yosi and Oru Kalluriyin Kathai. While Shivathmika Rajashekar plays the female lead, the cast also includes Saravanan, Rajendran, Venba, Daniel Balaji, Kizhakku Cheemaiyile-fame Vignesh, and Singam Puli, to name a few, in supporting roles.

In an official statement, the film's producer P Ranganathan thanked the film's cast and crew for their support during the production despite the pandemic-related hurdles. Bankrolled by Sri Vaari Film, Anandham Vilayadum Veedu has music by Siddhu Kumar, while Borra Bharani has cranked the camera. The makers are expected to announce the release date shortly.

Meanwhile, Gautham has Pathu Thala, co-starring Silambarasan, and a commercial entertainer titled Chellapillai in his pipeline.
