Ram to join hands with Nivin Pauly?

If it materialises, this film will mark Nivin’s return to Tamil cinema after the 2017-release Richie

It is speculated that filmmaker Ram will be collaborating with Malayalam actor Nivin Pauly for his next directorial venture. According to reports, the film will be shot in Tamil and Malayalam. However, an official announcement is awaited from the makers.

Ram’s last release, the critically-acclaimed Peranbu, also had a Malayalam connect with Mammootty starring in the lead role. Likewise, Nivin Pauly is no stranger to Tamil cinema, having starred in the 2013 film Neram, which was a Tamil-Malayalam bilingual. If the upcoming project materialises, it will mark Nivin’s return to Tamil cinema after 2017's Richie

Nivin was last seen in the Geetu Mohandas directorial Moothon. He also has two Malayalam films — Thuramukham and Kanakam Kamini Kalaham — in different stages of production.
