Bigg Boss-fame Aari has joined the cast of the Tamil remake of Article 15, confirm sources close to the project. The film's shooting is currently underway in Pollachi.

Although Aari's role is still under wraps, it is speculated that he will be reprising Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub's character from the Hindi film. The actor, who has appeared in films like Aadum Koothu, Rettaisuzhi, Nedunchaalai, and Maya, will be returning to the big screen with this project after a brief hiatus.

The remake stars Udhayanidhi Stalin in the lead and is directed by Arunraja Kamaraj, who previously helmed the Aishwarya Rajesh-starrer Kanaa. The yet-to-be-titled film is bankrolled by Boney Kapoor through Bayview Projects, in collaboration with Zee Studios and Romeo Pictures.
