Filming of Prithviraj Sukumaran's Kaduva put on hold

CE Features

Director Shaji Kailas has updated that the filming of his new feature Kaduva has been put on hold to comply with the government's latest pandemic-related guidelines.

Starring Prithviraj Sukumaran, Samyuktha Menon, and Vivek Oberoi, the action entertainer went on floors recently at Mundakkayam.

The director wrote, "To express solidarity with our government's measures to fight Covid-19, we have decided to take a temporary break from the Kaduva shoot. We will resume once the situation gets slightly better. Stay safe. Stay healthy."

Kaduva sees Shaji Kailas returning to direct in Malayalam after a brief hiatus. The film, which has Prithviraj playing a character named Kaduvakkunnel Kuruvachan, is jointly produced by Supriya Menon under the banner of Prithviraj Productions and Listin Stephen of Magic Frames.
