Teja Sajja, Priya Prakash Varrier-starrer Ishq postponed

The film is a remake of the 2019 Malayalam film by the same name

CE Features

Ishq: Not a Love Story, starring Teja Sajja and Priya Prakash Varrier, which was set for release on April 23, has been postponed. The decision comes in the wake of rising COVID-19 cases in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

Directed by SS Raju, Ishq is a remake of the Malayalam of the same name, starring Shane Nigam, Ann Sheetal, and Shine Thomas Chacko. The film is produced by Mega Super Good Films.

Earlier, Nani-starrer Tuck Jagadish was scheduled to hit screens on the same day, but the film's postponement induced the makers of Ishq to take the former's slot.

Meanwhile, Virata Parvam, starring Rana Daggubati and Sai Pallavi, too has been moved from its April 30 release date.
