Actor Sonu Sood has tested positive for COVID-19 and has quarantined himself. The Arundhati actor took to Twitter to announce the news.

Further, he assured his followers that this quarantine period would not deter him from continuing his humanitarian work for the needy. "But don't worry, this gives me ample time to solve your problems. Remember I'm always there for you all," wrote Sonu Sood.

Just a day ago, actor Pawan Kalyan tested positive for COVID-19 and has self-isolated at his farmhouse in Hyderabad.

Last seen in Alludu Adhurs, Sonu Sood is currently shooting for Chiranjeevi-starrer Acharya. He has also committed to work in Akshay Kumar's historical action drama Prithviraj.
