The Film Exhibitors Union of Kerala (FEUOK) has issued an ultimatum to Fahadh Faasil for collaborating with OTT platforms.

As per the organisation, the actor's upcoming theatrical releases, including Malik, will be prevented from being screened if he continues to release some of his films directly on OTT platforms.

Fahadh has so far opted for three films to premiere on OTT platforms. His films CU Soon and Joji premiered on Amazon Prime Video, while Irul was released on Netflix.

Malik, Fahadh's third film with director Mahesh Narayanan, is slated for release on May 13.

The committee has also decided that Mohanlal's Drishyam 2, which premiered on Amazon Prime Video, will not get a theatrical release.
