Shooting of director Sekhar Kammula's upcoming romantic entertainer Love Story, featuring Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi in the lead roles, resumed today at Padmarao Nagar, Hyderabad. The filming, which was halted in February due to the Covid-19 pandemic, has recommenced with safety and precautionary measures in place.

"About 80 per cent of the film has already been completed and the final schedule, with a limited crew of 15 members, has begun amid safety precautions and social distancing norms. It's a 15-day schedule and currently, a song choreographed by Sekhar master is being shot with the lead pair. We have provided accommodation to the cast and crew and they will be tested for Covid-19 before entering the location," said Narayan Das Narang and P Rammohan Rao, the producers of the film.

Love Story is based on the lives of two individuals — played by Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi — who move to the city from their village to pursue their dreams. For the first time, Chaitanya will be seen speaking Telangana dialect in the film and the actor underwent training to get his diction right.

The film will hit the screens soon after the reopening of theatres.
