Actor Dhanush has lent his voice for a song in the Bollywood film Atrangi Re, which has been composed by AR Rahman. The Tamil star took to social media to share a picture from the studio. 

This marks the first collaboration of Dhanush as a singer with AR Rahman. 

Dhanush wrote, "Had a blast singing and chatting with our very own Isai puyal AR Rahman sir."

Atrangi Re, directed by Aanand L Rai, has Akshay Kumar, Dhanush, and Sara Ali Khan in the lead roles.
