Nasser, Kishore team up for Erida

The title Erida is a reference to the Greek goddess of conflict and hatred, and the film is said to revolve around Samyuktha Menon's character

Veteran Malayalam director VK Prakash, who is known for films like Silence and Shutter, is making his Tamil debut with a film titled Erida. The thriller stars Nasser, Kishore, and Samyuktha Menon.

The title Erida is a reference to the Greek goddess of conflict and hatred. The film is said to revolve around Samyuktha's character which portrays how women have to go the extra mile to carve out an identity for themselves. Erida will also deal with relationships between couples. 

Produced by Ajji Meddayil and Aroma Babu's Good Company and Aroma Cinemas, in association with Prakash’s Trends Ad Film Makers Pvt Ltd, Erida is currently being shot in Bengaluru. The makers are planning to wrap up the shoot in a single schedule of 25 days and are aiming for an early 2021 release.
