We had earlier reported that Dhanush and Ratchasan director Ram Kumar are teaming up for a fantasy action entertainer. Now, reports suggest that the film has been titled Vaal Natchathiram.

Ram Kumar has apparently requested about eight months for the pre-production work of the film, which is expected to be shot simultaneously in Hindi and Telugu, and dubbed into other South Indian languages.

Reports also suggest that the film will be shot during the second half of 2021. Meanwhile, Dhanush will complete his pending films like Arangi Re, Karnan, and yet-to-be-titled films with Karthick Naren and Mithran Jawahar.

We also hear that the makers are in the process of finalising the cast and crew. A heroine with a pan-Indian appeal is likely to play the female lead.
