Bhumi Pednekar will be featuring in a romantic ballad alongside Karan Kapadia in her upcoming release, Durgamati – The Myth. Titled Baras Baras, the song gives a glimpse of the budding romance between Bhumi and Karan’s character in the film. It will be released on Saturday. 

Baras Baras is sung by B Praak and composed and written by Tanishk Bagchi. Additional vocals for the song are given by Altamash Faridi. 

Durgamati is a remake of the 2018 Telugu revenge thriller, Bhaagamathie. Directed by G Ashok, the film is scheduled for release on Amazon Prime Video on December 11.

Speaking about the release, Bhumi had previously shared, “I’m super excited about my upcoming film Durgamati and it’s an honour to play the lead in this conspiracy thriller. Being an ardent fan of spine-chilling thrillers myself, I am delighted to be a part of such a gripping story.”
