Sophie Turner joins the cast of HBO Max's The Prince

Actor Sophie Turner is reportedly joining the cast of HBO Max's animated series The Prince.

Best known for her roles as Jean Grey in X-Men: Apocalypse and Dark Phoenix, and as Sansa Stark from the wildly popular HBO series Game of Thrones, Turner will provide the voice of Princess Charlotte, the daughter of Kate Middleton and Prince William in the animated series.

Deadline reported that the series, which is said to be a comedic satire about British Royals, will star Gary Janetti as Prince George, Orlando Bloom as Prince Harry, Lucy Punch as Kate Middleton, along with Alan Cumming as Owen the butler, Frances De La Tour as Queen Elizabeth, and Condola Rashad as Meghan Markle.

Turner's Game of Thrones co-star Iwan Rheon is said to portray Prince William.
