The Tamil film industry has started to resume post-production work following the state government's relaxation of rules amid lockdown. The latest updates are about post-production works being carried out for Vijay's Master and Santhanam's Biskoth.

Sharing his excitement, director Lokesh Kanagaraj, who recently made his Instagram debut, posted a photo captioned 'Go ahead, make my day #Master #Postproduction.'

Meanwhile, Biskoth director R Kannan also shared an update on Twitter. He said final trimming for Santhanam's Biskoth is being done by his editor and the final copy would be ready by end of May.

Some other films that have begun post-production work include Kamal Haasan's Indian 2, Sivakarthikeyan's Doctor, Nayanthara's Mookuthi Amman, Trisha’s Raangi and Vishal's Chakra. The Tamil Nadu government allowed works such as editing, dubbing, DI, rerecording, sound designing/mixing (with a maximum of five people) and VFX/CGI (with 10 to 15 people) to resume from May 11.
