Actor Raj Tarun, who carved a niche portraying romantic characters, is all set to play a stand-up comedian in his upcoming rom-com. Directed by newcomer Santosh Mohan Veeranki, the film's first look poster hiding the face of the actor standing in front of a microphone was released by the makers on the occasion of his birthday on Monday.

The actor too took to Twitter to share his excitement and without divulging the details of his character, Raj tweeted that he is waiting to start shooting for the film.

The yet-to-be-titled film will start rolling soon after the lockdown is lifted. Last seen in Iddari Lokam Okate (2019), Raj Tarun is currently awaiting the release of his next film, Orey Bujjiga.
