The coronavirus-induced lockdown has taken a toll on a lot of neglected and vulnerable communities in the country.

Taking cognisance of this, two NGOs — Phool Versha Foundation and NamMyoho Daan — have collaborated with director Amit Sharma, businessman Ness Wadia, screenwriter Kanika Dhillon and producer Garima Arora to extend support to the LGBT communities, in addition to feeding the daily wage earners and migrant labourers on a daily basis.

For those suffering from ailing diseases like AIDS, the lack of treatment and hard-to-reach doctors (due to COVID-19) has made it tough for their survival. This lockdown has also left a lot of sex workers with no substitute means to earn their living.

This initiative will also work towards helping sex workers and HIV-infected people to sustain in these difficult times.
