CE Features

It is official. Composer Thaman will be in charge of the music for Vijay’s next film after Master. In an interaction with a Telugu news channel, Thaman confirmed this, also adding that he was very excited about the project.

Earlier, Mersal producer Murali Ramasamy had revealed that Vijay’s next film, tentatively referred to as Thalapathy 65, will be produced by Sun Pictures. Speculation also suggests  that AR Murugadoss will be directing this film, his fourth with the actor after Thuppakki, Kaththi, and Sarkar. While rumours have it that Thalapathy 65 could be a sequel to Thuppakki, there is no official confirmation yet.

Meanwhile, Vijay is currently awaiting the release of Lokesh Kanagaraj’s Master, the release of which has been delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Thaman’s last release in Tamil was the Arya-starrer Magamuni.
