Vijay Deverakonda hits back at 'fake news' report about his foundation

Vijay Deverakonda, in a video, has denied many accusations against his foundation's COVID-19 relief works

There were reports accousing Vijay Deverakonda's The Deverakonda Foundation with regards to his Covid-19 relief works. However, the actor, in a video message has clarified about the kind of activities his foundation has been carrying out across the Telugu States and claimed that a section of media is trying to destroy his reputation and image.

Further, the Arjun Reddy actor stated that the people who are on the board of his foundation are devising a transparent plan to distribute relief to the needy and also urged his followers to not believe in 'fake news'.|



Vijay concluded the video with screenshots of tweets of his followers praising the The Deverakonda Foundation along with statistics of the donations raised and distributed to the needy.

The actor has received support from several big wigs of the industry including Chiranjeevi, Mahesh Babu, Puri Jagannadh, Koratala Siva, and Rana Daggubati, among others with regards to this issue.
