Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming venture as a producer will highlight the 2018 Muzaffarpur shelter mass abuse case. The case came to light when the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) conducted a social audit across shelter homes in Bihar. Based on their report, an FIR was filed against the sexual abuse and torture of girls at a short-stay home run by the NGO Seva Sankalp Evam Vikas Samiti. The girls were rescued and shifted to Madhubani, Patna, and Mokama.

The upcoming film will be directed by Pulkit. The filmmaker and cancer survivor has previously directed Maroon and the web-series Bose: Dead/Alive. His upcoming venture with Red Chillies Entertainment will go on floors in July.

Shah Rukh Khan recently produced the comedy-drama Kamyaab and the Netflix series Bard of Blood. He is collaborating with Sujoy Ghosh’s Boundscript Productions on Bob Biswas, starring Abhishek Bachchan.

On the acting front, SRK is yet to announce his next. The actor is expected to work with directors like Raj and DK, Atlee, and Rajkumar Hirani.
