The audio launch of Vijay's Master took place today at a star hotel in Chennai in a hush-hush manner. With three singles already out, the remaining five tracks were released during this event. In an interesting update, composers Yuvan Shankar Raja and Santhosh Narayanan have both sung in the Anirudh-composed album.

While Yuvan, who has sung the song Andha Kanna Paathaakaa, has only composed for one Vijay film previously, Pudhiya Geethai, Vijay's first collaboration with Yuvan happened 22 years ago when the former sang Kaalathuketha Oru Gana in the latter's composition in Velai (1998).

Santhosh, who has lent his voice for the track Polakattum Para Para, has previously worked with Vijay in Bairavaa (2017), in which Vijay sang the Papa Papa track.

Though Santhosh had previously sung in Anirudh's composition for Remo, this is the first time Yuvan is singing in Anirudh's music. Anirudh, meanwhile, has sung in both Santhosh (Manithan) and Yuvan's (Balloon) music.

Also starring Vijay Sethupathi, Malavika Mohanan, Andrea, Shanthanu, Arjun Das, and a host of other actors, Master is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj.
