Trisha walks out of Chiranjeevi's Acharya due to creative differences

CE Features

Trisha Krishnan, who has signed up to play the female lead opposite her Stalin co-star Chiranjeevi in Acharya, has walked out of the film citing creative differences. The actor took to Twitter to announce the news.

According to our well-placed sources, Trisha, who is focusing on solo-heroine films, wasn't pleased with the addition of a new heroine opposite Ram Charan, who has a crucial role in Acharya. She has therefore decided to opt-out of the film.

It is learnt that the makers have already started looking for a suitable replacement for Trisha and we hear, they have initiated talks with a couple of female actors from the neighbouring industries.

Directed by Koratala Siva, Acharya is being produced by Ram Charan in association with Niranjan Reddy and the film is slated for release on August 14.
