The Singam duo is back, but this time with an ‘Aruva’. Suriya will join hands with director Hari for his 39th film, which has been named Aruvaa. Produced by Studio Green, this film will have music by D Imman. 

Aruvaa is the 6th film for Hari with Suriya after Vel, Aaru and the three Singam films. Aruvaa will mark Imman’s first collaboration with both Suriya and director Hari. The project will go on floors in April and will be completed in a single schedule. Aruva has been scheduled for a Diwali 2020 release. 

Initially, Suriya was supposed to work with director Siva for his 39th film. However, this project got pushed as Siva began work on Rajinikanth’s Annaatthe. 

Meanwhile, Suriya is currently awaiting the release of Sudha Kongara’s Soorarai Pottru. The Kaappaan actor also has a film with Vetri Maaran, which has been titled Vaadi Vaasal, in the pipeline.
