The theatrical release of Christopher Nolan's much-awaited film Tenet has been pushed by two weeks. The film, which was set to premiere on July 17, is now scheduled for release on July 31. Warner Bros announced that it will instead re-release Inception, one of Nolan's biggest hit films, on July 17. 

The studio has also postponed the release of Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman 1984 for the second time. The release date of this film, which was earlier rescheduled from June 5 to August 14, has again been pushed by nearly two months to October 2.

Following the coronavirus outbreak, theatres worldwide have mostly remained shut since March and are slowly expected to resume operations in the coming months.

A new trailer of Tenet, starring Robert Pattinson and John David Washington, was released few weeks ago.
