We had earlier reported that director Atlee will present debutant filmmaker V Vignarajan’s Andhagaaram, starring Arjun Das. Now, it looks like the film might get a direct OTT release. According to reports, the film’s streaming rights have been bagged by Netflix, and it is expected to land on the streaming platform soon. However, an official announcement is awaited. 

Apart from Arjun Das, Andhagaaram also stars Vinoth Kishan, Pooja Ramachandran, Kumar Natarajan, and Misha Ghoshal. The film has music by singer-composer Pradeep Kumar, who recently composed for Sillu Karupatti. AM Edwin Sakay (Daamal Dumeel) is in charge of cinematography, while Sathyaraj Natarajan (Super Deluxe) is the editor.

Notably, Jyotika’s Ponmagal Vandhaal was released on Amazon Prime Video directly. Keerthy Suresh’s Penguin has been slated for a release on June 19, on the same platform.
