Release of Christopher Nolan's Tenet postponed again

Warner Bros has announced that the August 12 release date of Christopher Nolan's Tenet has been pushed again due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. This is the third time Tenet's release has been postponed. It was originally set to premiere on July 17, followed by July 31, and August 12.

The new release date of the film has not been announced yet. The studio also pushed the release date of The Conjuring 3The film, which was set to open on September 11, has been pushed to June 4 next year.

The makers of Tenet are firm that the film will provide the required boost for theatres whenever it reopens, post the Covid-19 pandemic. The film stars David Washington, Robert Pattinson, Elizabeth Debicki, and Dimple Kapadia. It is touted to be the most ambitious project of Nolan, who is yet again playing with the concept of time.
