After Soodhu Kavvum and Kadhalum Kadanthu Pogum, it looks like Vijay Sethupathi and director Nalan Kumarasamy might collaborate again for an upcoming project. In one of his recent interviews to the media, Vijay Sethupathi has said that he met Nalan sometime ago and had asked for an opportunity to work together again.

The 96 actor also added that he did not understand the director’s writing style while working on Soodhu Kavvum and Kadhalum Kadanthu Pogum.

Nalan was one of the four writers behind Thiagarajan Kumararaja’s Super Deluxe, which starred Vijay Sethupathi. Nalan’s next film is touted to be a crime thriller produced by Studio Green. 

Vijay Sethupathi, on the other hand, is currently awaiting the release of Lokesh Kanagaraj and Vijay’s Master. The actor also has a long list of projects in the pipeline, such as Laabam, Tughlak Darbar, Yaadhum Oore Yaavarum Kelir, Ka Pae Ranasingam, Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal, and Kadaisi Vivasayi.
