Those who are familiar with the amusing 'Red Mercury' theories on the Internet may find the Malayalam short film, Kallan Kumaran amusing too. 

The short revolves around a father unwilling to part with an old radio -- presumably containing red mercury as a component -- and his son who later sells it, only to find himself in hot water. It has been written and directed by Aravind Manoj and produced by Shaan Majid.
