Actor Rhea Chakraborty has requested the cyber crime cell to take action against the online threats she’s been receiving. Rhea said she’s been subjected to online abuse post the suicide of her boyfriend Sushant Singh Rajput on June 14.

Sharing a screenshot, Rhea wrote on Instagram, “I was called a gold digger, I kept quiet. I was called a murderer, I kept quiet. I was slut shamed, I kept quiet. But how does my silence give you the right to tell me that you will get me raped and murdered if I don't commit suicide,” she wrote tagging the alleged attacker. “Do you realise the seriousness of what you have said? These are crimes, and by law no one, I repeat, no one should be subjected to this kind of toxicity and harassment.”

"I request @cyber_crime_helpline @cybercrimeindia to please take necessary action. Enough is enough," she added.

She was questioned by the Mumbai police in the ongoing investigation into his suicide. She also shared another Instagram post requesting home minister Amit Shah to initiate a CBI inquiry into Sushant's suicide.
