We had earlier reported that Shantanu Bhagyaraj is part of Sudha Kongara’s short in Netflix’s first Tamil anthology. Now, reports suggest that Kalidas Jayaram is part of the half-hour short, along with GV Prakash Kumar’s sister, Bhavani Sre.

This will be Kalidas’ second Tamil project after Meen Kuzhambum Mann Paanayum. Meanwhile, Bhavani Sre, who is yet to make her film debut, also has Vijay Sethupathi and Aishwarya Rajesh-starrer Ka Pae Ranasingham in the pipeline.

Apart from Sudha, Vetri Maaran, Vignesh Shivan and Gautham Menon will also be helming shorts for the anthology, themed on honour killing. While Anjali and Kalki Koechlin will be part of Vignesh Shivan’s short, Sai Pallavi and Prakash Raj will headline Vetri Maaran’s segment.

Sudha Kongara is currently awaiting the release of Soorarai Pottru, her film with Suriya and Aparna Balamurali.
