Pawan Kalyan starts shooting for Telugu remake of Pink

Pawan Kalyan's comeback film, PSPK 26, a remake of the Hindi film Pink, went on floors today. According to a source, the film's first schedule has begun and Pawan, who reprises Amitabh Bachchan's role in the Telugu version, has joined the specially-constructed sets already.

Directed by Sriram Venu, the Telugu remake will see Nivetha Thomas, Anjali, and Ananya Nagalla stepping into the shoes of Taapsee Pannu, Kriti Kulhari, and Andrea Tariang.

Pink is the story of three women who are aided by a retired lawyer to fight a molestation case against three men from influential backgrounds. Directed by Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury, the film won the Best Film On Social Issues award at the 64th National Film Awards.

Produced jointly by Dil Raju and Boney Kapoor, PSPK 26 has music by SS Thaman.
