Following the intriguing first look of KGF Chapter 2, speculations have started to circulate that the film's teaser might be released on Yash's birthday, January 8, owing to the consistent request of the actor's fans in social media.

A source close to the production house has called it a 50-50 possibility. "The crew will be shooting till January 6th and it might be tough to get the teaser completed within Yash's birthday. Anyway, nothing is confirmed as of now."

Sanjay Dutt plays the mysterious Adheera in the second part and it has been speculated that Raveena Tandom will be playing the Prime Minister, modelled after former PM Indira Gandhi. 

Directed by Prashanth Neel, KGF Chapter 2  has music by Ravi Basrur and cinematography by Bhuvan Gowda. The film is expected to hit the screens this summer.
