Tiger Shroff, who made his Bollywood debut with Heropanti (2014), has announced the film’s sequel. Heropanti 2 will be directed by Ahmed Khan and star Tiger in the lead role. This is the third collaboration between the duo, after Baaghi 2 and the upcoming Baaghi 3. 

Sharing the posters for Heropanti 2, Tiger wrote, “This one is so special to me. Blessed and grateful to be carrying forward another franchise with my mentor Sajid (Nadiadwala, producer) sir forward.” The John Wick-y posters come with the tagline “The World Wants Him Dead.” 

Released in 2014, Heropanti was a romantic-actioner directed by Sabbir Khan. It was a remake of the Telugu hit Parugu. Besides Tiger, the film also marked the Bollywood debut of Kriti Sanon. 

Heropanti 2 will be produced by Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment. This is Tiger’s fifth outing with the production house. The banner also owns the Baaghi franchise.
