Vetri, who received much acclaim for his first two films 8 Thottakal and Jiivi, has announced his next film. The actor will be seen in a psychological thriller titled Memories. Making the announcement on social media, Vetri also shared the first look poster of the film. Intriguingly, the poster has a gloved hand waiting for a brain to drop into it. Reports suggest that the film is about a murder-accused who is facing memory loss.

Directed by debutants Syam and Praveen, the film will have dialogues by award-winning writer Ajayan Bala. Shooting for the film began today.

Apart from Memories, Vetri is also part of C/o Kaadhal, the Tamil remake of the Telugu hit, Care of Kancharapalem, directed by Hemambar Jasthi.
