If reports are to be believed, Thalapathy Vijay, who is currently shooting for his next, Master, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, might join hands with Irudhi Suttru filmmaker Sudha Kongara, for his next.

Also, few reports suggest that Vijay first wants to watch Sudha's upcoming film with Suriya, Soorarai Pottru, before signing on the dotted line for her film. Sudha, for the time being, has apparently shown the actor a few rushes of the film, and the Bigil actor is said to have been impressed with her filming techniques.

Vijay is expected to announce this film after wrapping up the shooting of Master.

Notably, Vijay has reportedly heard narrations from Sudha, Vetrimaaran, and Pandiraj, over the past few months, and now he seems to have zeroed in on the Saala Khadoos filmmaker for Thalapathy 65. Final talks with the producers are apparently on.

Also, Sudha Kongara has reportedly narrated a script to Trisha, the fate of which is still unknown.
