Hamsa Nandini cameo in RRR?

CE Features

Actor Hamsa Nandini, who was last seen in Pantham (2018), has been roped in for an integral cameo in director SS Rajamouli's period action film RRR, say reports.

"Hamsa was approached for a guest appearance and she immediately agreed to join the project. She plays a pivotal role which adds substance to the narrative. She will start shooting in one of the next two schedules," says a source without revealing much of Hamsa's character.

Hamsa had earlier played a cameo in Rajamouli's 2012 fantasy action film Eega, and this will be her second collaboration with the Baahubali director.

Starring Jr NTR and Ram Charan, RRR is the story of two iconic freedom fighters — Komaram Bheem and Alluri Sitaramaraju. The film also stars Alia Bhatt, Samuthirakani and Shriya Saran in prominent roles.

The team has recently wrapped up a schedule featuring Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn and the lead actors in Vikarabad. RRR will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, and other Indian languages for Sankranthi 2021.
