Actor-turned-author Twinkle Khanna celebrates her birthday today. Husband Akshay Kumar posted a picture from a cycling trip and wished her on Instagram. He wrote, “Here’s to another year of questionable life decisions. But I’m so glad I get to make all of them with you. Happy birthday Tina.”

Akshay and Twinkle have been married for 19 years. They celebrate their 20th anniversary in January. Akshay’s 2018 film, PadMan, was inspired by the subject of Twinkle’s book The Legend of Lakshmi Prasad. She was also a co-producer on the film. 

On the work front, Akshay was last seen in Raghava Lawrence’s Laxmmi. His slate for 2021 includes Sooryavanshi Prithviraj, Bell Bottom, Atrangi Re and Bachchan Pandey. He is also set to star in Abhishek Sharma’s Ram Setu.
