Telugu remake of Oh My Kadavule launched

Starring Vishwak Sen, principal shooting is set to commence in the third week of February

We had earlier reported that Vishwak Sen will be playing the lead role in the Telugu remake of the hit Tamil film, Oh My Kadavule. The project, bankrolled by Prasad V Potlri in association with Dil Raju, was officially launched today in Hyderabad.

Ashwath Marimuthu, who directed the original, will be helming the remake as well. This yet-to-be-named remake has dialogues by Tharun Bhascker.

The muhurat shot was directed by Tharun Bhascker, while Dil Raju gave the clap and BVSN Prasad switched on the camera. The principal shooting will commence in the third week of February.

While Vishwak steps into the shoes of Ashok Selvan from the original, the actors reprising the roles played by Ritika Singh and Vani Bhojan are yet to be finalised. The other members of the cast and crew will be announced later.
