It was earlier speculated that Vijay Sethupathi and Shahid Kapoor would be teaming up for a web series directed by Raj and DK of Stree fame. Now, sources tell us that Raashi Khanna has been paired against Shahid Kapoor in this project.

The source also adds that both Shahid and Vijay Sethupathi will have roles of equal weightage. Created for Amazon Prime Video, the series is currently under pre-production. An official confirmation is awaited.

If the project happens, this would mark Vijay Sethupathi's debut in Bollywood. Interestingly Raashi played the female lead in Vijay Sethupathi's Sangatamizhan, her last release in Tamil.
