After his short vacation in Goa, actor Nani is back on the sets. The Jersey actor began shooting today for his much-anticipated new movie, Shyam Singha Roy in Hyderabad.

"It's going to be a non-stop schedule until the completion of the film. The makers are planning to wrap up all the proceedings, including post-production, by April and are aiming for a late summer release," reveals a source, adding, "Nani will be seen in a dual role of that of a young man in his 30s and a 60-year-old old man."

Also starring Sai Pallavi, Krithi Shetty and Madonna Sebastian, Shyam Singha Roy is set in the backdrop of Kolkata. Tipped to be a period action thriller, the film is being directed by Taxiwaala-fame Rahul Sankrityan. Sanu Varghese, who earlier worked on Jersey will crank the lens, while Mickey J Meyer will compose the music.

Meanwhile, production of Nani's next release, Tuck Jagadish has been completed and the film is set to hit the screens early next year.
