It looks like Vijay Sethupathi might make his Bollywood debut with directors Raj and DK’s upcoming project. Reports suggest that this series, made for an OTT platform, will be headlined by Shahid Kapoor. However, official confirmation is awaited.

Vijay Sethupathi was earlier reported to be playing an important part in Lal Singh Chaddha, Aamir Khan’s Hindi remake of the Hollywood classic, Forrest Gump. However, speculation has now arisen that he might not be part of the film due to unknown reasons. 

Vijay Sethupathi was last seen in Ka Pae Ranasingam. The actor has Laabam, Thuglaq Darbar, Master, Yaadhum Oore Yaavarum Kelir, and the delayed Kadaisi Vivasayi and Maamanithan in the pipeline. He will also be part of the Netflix Anthology Navarasa, which is produced by Mani Ratnam.
