Rajinikanth's Annaatthe to resume shooting from December 15

On the occasion of superstar Rajinikanth's birthday, filmmaker Siva has announced that the shooting of their upcoming film Annaatthe will resume on December 15. 

The director made the announcement via a video message which was shared in Sun Pictures official Twitter handle. 

Reportedly, scenes involving Nayanthara, Keerthy Suresh and Rajinikanth are being planned to be shot at Ramoji Rao Film City, Hyderabad. The makers are planning to complete the film early next year, eyeing a summer 2021 release. It may be recalled that the film was earlier announced as a Pongal release in May. 

Annaatthe also starring Khushbu, Meena, Prakash Raj and Soori, has music by D Imman.
