Television actor Archana Singh Rajput of Bahu Hamari Rajni Kant fame will be making her feature film debut with the Telugu gangster drama Mahaprasthanam, starring Tanish. "Mahaprasthanam is a gangster film with an action spin. It's both exciting and challenging to work in a new language," says Archana Singh.

The actor makes no effort to suppress her excitement. "It feels great to share screen space with Tanish, Muskan and Kabir Duhan Singh. Together, we share wonderful chemistry. Being a debutante, I enjoyed working in this film and I take this opportunity to thank my director, Jhony for encouraging me in my maiden endeavour."

Archana is delighted to shake her leg in two special numbers in the film. "I have danced for two item numbers — Kummu kummu nene neeku zyumm and Billi Choosa. Both the songs were choreographed by Kapil sir. I did several rehearsals to attain perfection and it feels good to have received a lot of support from everyone on the sets," she adds.

Produced under Omkharreshwara Creations, Mahaprasthanam has music by Sunil Kashyap.
