Director Surender Reddy, who is awaiting the release of his historical war drama, Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy, is likely to team up with actor Nithiin for a new movie.

"Surender has been working on a script for a while now. He has found the right actor for the project in Nithiin, and the duo are enthusiastic to work together. As soon as the director finalises the script, he will meet Nithiin for a narration. The project will go on floors once the duo figures out their dates," reveals a source.

Naveen Yerneni, Ravi Shankar and Mohan Cherukuri are set to bankroll this project under Mythri Movie Makers banner.

Meanwhile, Nithiin has recently begun shooting for Bheeshma and he has also agreed to collaborate with director Venky Atluri for Rang De. The actor is also in talks to reprise Ayushmann Khurrana's role in the Telugu remake of National Award-winning Hindi black comedy crime thriller, Andhadhun.
