Vicky Kaushal’s horror film, Bhoot: Part One - The Haunted Ship, has been pushed to February 21, 2020. The film was earlier scheduled for release this year on November 15.

“The tides have changed. Even fear needs precision. And for that we need the time to scare you sufficiently and efficiently. Bhoot has a new date — the 21st of February 2020. Sea you then,” the makers said in a note.

Bhoot is directed by debutant Bhanu Pratap Singh. The film was wrapped up last month. The horror thriller was shot in Gujarat’s Alang, the largest ship-breaking yard in Asia.

Bhumi Pednekar plays the female lead in Bhoot. This is her first collaboration with Vicky. Bhoot is co-produced by Shashank Khaitan and Dharma Productions.

Vicky Kaushal’s upcoming projects are Takht, Shoojit Sircar’s Udham Singh biopic, and a film on military legend, Sam Manekshaw.
